I found this dog pattern online at Fons & Porter and made a baby quilt to welcome Melissa & Conor's new baby boy last January. Machine pieced, appliqued and quilted. About 40" x 60" . Third photo is the back of the quilt made mostly from leftover pieces of fabric.
